Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- Indonesian specialist in cardiology and vascular medicine (Sp.JP) (domestic or foreign graduate; foreign-trained specialists need an adaptation certificate from a collegium-recognised institution); legalised specialist diploma; valid specialist STR; collegium recommendation; employer consent if employed; signed statement to comply with RSUD Dr. Soetomo/FK UNAIR rules; family consent. Must be, or be going to be, teaching staff in a cardiology specialist/subspecialist programme; collegium fellowship graduates with additional competence certificates may enter with adjusted duration; subspecialists trained abroad must complete adaptation; specialist GPA >= 2.50; ACLS; ELPT/TOEFL >= 500; health certificate; BPJS card; at least 2 years of specialist practice; IDI statement of no malpractice or ethics violations.

- Online registration via PPMB Universitas Airlangga (ppmb.unair.ac.id), selection fee, TPA and English test, then programme subject exam, health test/MMPI and interview; hard-copy documents for stage-1 passers

- Self-funded or sponsored; fees 2026/2027: UKT Rp 25,000,000 per semester plus one-off IPI Rp 40,000,000. Ministry of Health study-assignment candidates need a letter confirming MoH/health office covers UKT and IPI
