- Indonesian specialist (Sp1) in anaesthesiology (Sp.An); legalised Sp1 diploma and transcript; valid specialist STR from KKI; BPJS card; current employment letter and superior's permission; accreditation certificates of the Sp1 programme (LAM-PTKes) and university (BAN-PT) - foreign graduates submit accreditation of the home or adaptation university; written references from colleagues in the chosen subspecialty; health-office/local-government recommendation if sponsored. No age limit; Sp1 GPA >= 3.00 from an A-accredited institution; 2 years' experience after Sp.An (1 year for teaching staff); active-employment letter from hospital director; SIP and STR; symposium/course certificates in the field; application letter to the IPDS coordinator and subspecialty programme head.
