Eligibility and visa
- Eligibility
- Indonesian specialist in general surgery (Sp.B) (domestic or foreign graduate; foreign-trained specialists need an adaptation certificate from a collegium-recognised institution); legalised specialist diploma; valid specialist STR; collegium recommendation; employer consent if employed; signed statement to comply with RSUD Dr. Soetomo/FK UNAIR rules; family consent. Evidence of interest (PEBKLI membership or 3 head and neck surgery workshop certificates); permission/recommendation from the dean and hospital director of the work unit; ELPT/TOEFL >= 500. Listed as a new study programme undergoing accreditation.

- Self-funded or sponsored; fees 2026/2027: UKT Rp 25,000,000 per semester plus one-off IPI Rp 50,000,000. Ministry of Health study-assignment candidates need a letter confirming MoH/health office covers UKT and IPI
